Microsoft Teams is currently the leader for collaboration and communication for small to large businesses. By integrating with True IP Solutions, Microsoft Teams gets an upgrade with features like outbound call calling, internal extension dialing, direct dial inbound calling and connecting to dedicated conference bridges.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Using our existing platform, we can integrate into the Office 365 Business Voice platform and bring dialing features to Microsoft Teams. 

To integrate your existing office 365 users, you will need to add ‘Common Area Phone’ or upgrade them to an E5 License.
